Shipping policy

Can take on average 3-7 business days from the date ordered to ship if re-ordering as not all items are in stock. Can take 10-15 business days from date ordered if custom item(s) are ordered. If commissions (hand painted, drawn, etc) this can take 2-4 weeks to complete from date ordered.

Proof of tracking is proof of delivery. Critterosity is not responsible if items are lost, damaged, or delayed once the tracking has begun. Critterosity will not be able to refund, replace or recreate art/merch if tracking has begun.
